isaiah 65:25
New International Version
25 The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, and dust will be the serpent’s food. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain,”says the Lord.
This is more biblical proof that the violent, predatory, and carnivorous behavior we see in te animal world is not normative is part of the curse resulting from the Fall of Man. It is not the normative state God originally created.
This is why we are disturbed and even grieve when we watch YouTube videos capturing animal violence. Conversely, we are heartened by video that show natural enemies not only at peace with one another, but nurturing each other.
God promises that he will restore his Creation to Edenic state. On that day, herbivores and carnivors--prey and predator,--will once again live together in peace and harmony.
Mankind as well.
Experiiment: The Bible says that all people have limited knowledge of Him outside of the Bible. Creation itself testifies to his glory. Watch the following contrasting videos and compare your emotional reactions to each. Do they not echo the divine heart, your own non-discursive knowledge of God, his attributes, and character.
